By accessing or using Saybota (https://www.saybota.com), including our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and your relationship with us as a user, patient, or visitor. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use our platform.
1. Definitions
Website/App – The official platform of Saybota, including our patient-facing mobile application and web services at www.saybota.com.
User/You – Any person using Saybota’s platform to view, book, or manage diagnostic services.
Lab Partner – Independent third-party diagnostic laboratories authorized to provide testing services through Saybota.
Services – The test booking, coordination, and digital delivery solutions offered through Saybota.
2. Saybota's Role & Legal Disclaimer
Saybota is a facilitator/aggregator that connects users with certified Lab Partners.
Saybota does not perform any medical tests, does not employ medical technicians, and does not provide clinical interpretation of results.
All test samples, procedures, and results are handled solely by the respective Lab Partner.
Saybota does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or delivery of reports and shall not be held liable for test discrepancies.
Test results should be interpreted by a licensed medical professional only.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Saybota, you agree to:
Provide complete and truthful personal and medical information.
Follow all instructions related to test preparation (e.g., fasting).
Be present at the chosen location at the time of sample collection.
Consult a healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment.
Not use Saybota services if you are under 18 years of age or legally incapable of entering a contract.
4. Booking & Payment Terms
Test bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and Lab Partner confirmation.
Saybota uses third-party payment gateways. Any payment issues are subject to their policies.
Prices, test details, and TATs (turnaround times) are shared as provided by Lab Partners and may change without notice.
If a test is incorrectly listed due to technical error, Saybota reserves the right to cancel and refund your order within 7–14 business days.
5. Test Reports & Delivery
Lab Partners are fully responsible for the generation and delivery of test results.
Reports may be delivered via WhatsApp, email, or online access as per the Lab Partner’s process.
No report deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays in India.
Saybota is not responsible for report delays or content-related errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
Saybota shall not be liable for:
Any errors in lab test results.
Delayed delivery of reports.
Technical or third-party failures (including payment or server outages).
Any physical, mental, or legal consequences of using or relying on test results.
This limitation of liability applies to all forms of damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, brand names, logos, and design elements belong to Saybota.
You agree not to duplicate, copy, reproduce, or exploit any portion of the Saybota platform without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
Saybota may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via our website.
Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of updated terms.
The right to make changes without prior notice is reserved solely by the company.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to Saybota services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rohini, Delhi.
